Jasmine Tea Lemonade

Ingredients (makes 1 litre) 900mls x filtered water 4 teaspoons x The Rabbit Hole Organic Jasmine tea 100mls x lemon juice (more/less to taste) 100mls x agave syrup (or sugar syrup to taste) 6 slices x fresh lemon 3 stems x fresh mint Ice Method Juice lemon and cut slices and set aside Make sugar syrup (if needed) Bring water to 80 degrees (just under boiling) Add Jasmine tea and brew for 10 min (alternate option to cold brew by putting the tea into cold water and refrigerating overnight Remove tea leaves and add agave/sugar syrup and lemon juice to taste Garnish with sliced lemon, mint and pour over ice

A caffeine free brew with a vitamin C rich base of hibiscus. Dried cherries and coconut flakes top off an indulgent brew. Ingredients (makes 1)  50ml x Ruby Zing tea mixer 400ml x soda water 50ml x coconut water  4 x mint leaves 1t x sweetener of choice (if required) Edible flower garnish (or fresh cherry when in season) Method   1. Muddle mint in cocktail shaker then add Ruby Zing tea mixer, sweetener of choice (if required) coconut water and ice. Shake well. 2. Pour into glass and top with soda water. 3. Garnish with edible petal (or fresh cherry when in season).
