Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days from confirmation of payment. If there are any exceptional reasons which cause us to delay dispatching your order, we will let you know as soon as practicable.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only, not including public holidays. Please note that in rural and remote areas of Australia, delivery times are subject to carriers’ delivery schedule in the area. 

Shipping is Australia wide with a flat rate fee of $10. International shipments are a flat rate of $30.

Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of The Rabbit Hole and we are not aware of what they might amount to. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order.  Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.
