INGREDIENTS (MAKES 1L)
900mls x water
4 teaspoons x Jasmine tea
100mls x lemon juice (more/less to taste)
100mls x agave syrup (or sugar syrup to taste)
6 slices x fresh lemon
3 stems x fresh mint
Ice
METHOD
1. Juice lemon and cut slices and set aside
2. Make sugar syrup (if needed)
3. Bring water to 80 degrees (just under boiling)
4. Add Jasmine tea and brew for 10 min (alternate option to cold brew by putting the tea into cold water and refrigerating overnight
5. Remove tea leaves and add agave/sugar syrup and lemon juice to taste
6. Garnish with sliced lemon, mint and pour over ice
