A caffeine free brew with a vitamin C rich base of hibiscus. Dried cherries and coconut flakes top off an indulgent brew.
Ingredients (makes 1)
50ml x Ruby Zing tea mixer
400ml x soda water
50ml x coconut water
4 x mint leaves
1t x sweetener of choice (if required)
Edible flower garnish (or fresh cherry when in season)
1. Muddle mint in cocktail shaker then add Ruby Zing tea mixer, sweetener of choice (if required) coconut water and ice. Shake well.
2. Pour into glass and top with soda water.
3. Garnish with edible petal (or fresh cherry when in season).
